We supply a cold breakfast (cereal, toast, and spreads), a do-it-yourself lunch (filled bread rolls/wraps with meat cheese and salads), and a two course evening hot meal with dessert.
This price is for groups of school-aged children accompanied by teachers and carers. The adults are charged at the student price.

Three-Course Special Function Catering
We prepare a hearty three-course meal for your event, such as a monthly dinner meeting for your club or group.
We begin with a soup in the cooler months or homemade sausage rolls and salad at other times, followed by roast meat and gravy, roast potatoes and pumpkin, carrots, and broccoli. This is followed by a cake, (for instance chocolate fudge cake with hot chocolate sauce) and our homemade ice cream, and tea and coffee.
It is your choice (at the time of booking) of lamb or chicken. For an additional charge we could provide a choice of two meats at the time of serving.
Things You Should Know
We Require a Deposit
In order to confirm your booking, we require a deposit equal to approximately 30% of the estimated value of your booking. We will supply a tax invoice for this, which can be paid by cheque or direct deposit.
We need to be notified of the final minimum numbers two weeks prior to the booking date.
A final invoice will be issued at the time of the booking and will be based on the number of people actually attending your function (cannot be less than the previously notified minimum number). The deposit amount paid will be fully credited to your invoice.
Catering Prices Will Vary Depending on the Location
We can cater at any location in Tasmania. Naturally, the more remote or difficult the location, the more we will need to charge.
All our prices are quoted as "Priced From" and assume the location is within an easy drive from our base at Devonport.
The larger the group size and/or the longer the booking means that we can travel farther for your booking without needing to increase our charge. Please contact us so that we can supply the correct price for your booking.
Minimum Numbers for Catering
The prices quoted on this site assume a minimum catering number of 20 people. We are very happy to cater for smaller groups, but we will need to quote individually for each enquiry. Please contact us, and we will be happy to supply you with an accurate quote.
We Are Not Registered for GST
We are not registered for GST, so our prices don't include GST. However, we do have a registered ABN (6271 5323 518) and can issue tax invoices.
